Sunsets in New York

Cool sunsets in exchange for sweating our butts off every day we were out in New York. Every sunset was different and I never got bored of taking pictures of them. It’s cool to see how different New York sunsets are from Seattle sunsets!

One of my favorite sunset pictures. The venue had a wall of mirrors facing the windows, so I used the mirrors to create this really cool symmetric effect! Can you tell which side of the picture the mirrors were?

Still going ham with the reflections at this venue- don’t mind me.

Sat on the stairs and stuck my stubby arms up as far as I could to take this picture. The pink hues of the sky reminded me of cotton candy.

I have always loved how the golden hour sun kisses tall buildings so gently on its way down in the sky.

Silhouettes!

Watching the lights on the buildings pop out as night comes. Almost like watching stars come out in the sky, but that’s not happening in New York city...

There was a faux cherry blossom tree inside this venue, which was strange but I wasn’t complaining!

Sunsets make the world look like it is on fire for a minute...
